Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be restricted from withdrawals pending resolution.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the ph laro Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph laro reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any Balances held within them pending investigation.
You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and must keep your Account details current at all times. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of Balance.
ph laro implements a Know Your Customer process in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Before processing any withdrawal, ph laro may require the Player to submit copies of one or more of the following documents:
ph laro may request KYC documentation at any time, not only at the point of withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified in ph laro's request may result in Account suspension until verification is completed.
ph laro Accounts operate in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) by default. All Balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagering activity are denominated in PHP unless an alternative currency is expressly made available and selected by the Player at registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph laro Account login credentials, including your email address, username, and password. You agree to:

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no processing fee applied by ph laro to deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees or transaction limits. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your ph laro Balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on interbank processing schedules.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into the same Account, or to a verified account in the Player's own name. ph laro does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically arrive within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one Philippine banking business day. ph laro does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Where Bonus Funds are active in the Account, applicable Wagering Requirements must be met before the corresponding winnings are eligible for withdrawal. ph laro may withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity or Terms violation.
ph laro operates in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Large or unusual transaction patterns may be subject to enhanced scrutiny and reporting obligations. Players are prohibited from using the ph laro Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose. ph laro reserves the right to freeze Account Balances and report suspicious activity to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.
All bonuses and promotions offered by ph laro are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as published on the ph laro Platform at the time of the offer, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a ph laro Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each promotion's terms. Contributions to wagering requirements may vary by game type — live casino games, slots, and other categories may contribute at different rates as specified per promotion.
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to a time limit specified in each promotion. Unused Bonus Funds that expire without the wagering requirement being met will be forfeited. ph laro has no obligation to extend bonus validity periods.
ph laro reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other players to extract guaranteed profit from promotions. ph laro's determination of bonus abuse is final pending a formal dispute process.
Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, only one active bonus may operate on a ph laro Account at any given time. Where a Player deposits and a previous bonus is still active, ph laro will apply the deposit to the existing bonus position rather than triggering a new bonus unless the Player opts out of the existing bonus first.
You agree to use the ph laro Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. You must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or simulate gameplay.
In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, game display failures, or incorrect result display — ph laro reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amounts to the affected Accounts. Winnings generated from a clearly erroneous result due to a technical fault may be voided at ph laro's discretion. ph laro is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions outside its reasonable control.
Any form of collusion between players, chip dumping in poker or card game formats, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or deliberate manipulation of game outcomes is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of Balance pending investigation.
Players accessing the ph laro Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk. ph laro cannot and does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside the Philippines. Where an Account is terminated by ph laro due to a material Terms violation, ph laro may, subject to applicable law, withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation. Where no violation is found, any withheld Balance will be returned to the Player.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph laro's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game result shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph laro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these Terms limits ph laro's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by ph laro's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ph laro; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming law.
ph laro collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph laro reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect Player rights or obligations — will be communicated via a notice on the ph laro Platform and, where possible, via the registered email address on your Account, at least seven (7) calendar days before taking effect.
